In light of questions from dear students, especially new incoming students, I would like to inform you of the following regarding compliance with consular regulations: --- SAORG CODE - Admitted students must obtain a SAORG code.
- To receive the SAORG code, you must provide clear scans of your educational certificate, transcripts, résumé, life insurance, passport, and personal photo in JPEG format.
- To get the SAORG code, you can visit the address below or ask your broker to obtain the code for you:
Old.saorg.ir - If you have been accepted by other universities and have previously received a code, that code must be canceled.
- To cancel the code, go to the university’s consular affairs office and request cancellation. --- STUDENT VISA - After the SAORG code is confirmed by the university and the Student Affairs Organization, it is mandatory to obtain a study visa. Students who do not have a study visa will not be able to register for the next semester.
- To receive a study visa, students must complete the form and submit it to the consular office or send it via Telegram to me, Hosseinzadeh, at the following address:
TAHERHOSSEINZADEH - After applying for a visa, the student’s visa grant notification will be sent to the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili visa Telegram channel at the following address: https://t.me/+Tnh۰nJb۸wa۴yMDc۰
- The student must take the visa grant notification to the Consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the designated city to receive the visa. - When crossing the border, the visa must be stamped.
- Submit the visa along with six photos and two copies of your passport to the consular office to apply for residency. - If you change your passport, please inform the consular department or send a clear scan of it to me, Hosseinzadeh.
- Having a valid visa is mandatory for registration in the next semester and for submitting a proposal. --- STUDENT RESIDENCE PERMIT - A visa is required to apply for residency.
- To receive a SIM card or open a bank account, a residence stamp in the passport is required. - Students who have a student residence permit must pay attention to the expiration date to avoid fines.
- A fine will be charged for each additional day of stay after the permit has expired.
- Apply for an extension of your residence permit at least one month before its expiration.
- If you change your passport, please inform the consular department or send a clear scan of it to me, Hosseinzadeh. - Having a student residence permit is mandatory. Students who do not have it will not be able to receive an academic certificate.
- After receiving residency, students may leave and return repeatedly without restrictions.
- Students are required to reside in university dormitories. Residence in rented homes is not permitted. --- FINAL EXIT
- Students must request a permanent or final exit after graduation.
- After receiving the final exit, the student may remain in Iran for only two weeks, based on the date stated in the passport.
