1- Provide inclusive, high‐quality undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral education that equips students with knowledge, critical thinking, ethical values, and the professional skills needed to succeed in a globalized world.
2- Advance research that addresses regional and national challenges—particularly in agriculture, environmental sustainability, water management, and technological development—while contributing to international scholarship.
