This device is equipped with tungsten and deuterium lamps and can acquire spectra in the range of 190 to 1100 nm. With a stable light source, precise optical system, and sensitive detectors, it can accurately measure the concentration of chemical substances, organic and inorganic compounds, and spectral changes in samples. The spectrophotometer features a digital display or computer-controlled software, an ergonomic design, and the ability to store and transfer data. The NANOLYTIK spectrophotometer is used for a wide range of applications, including determining solution concentrations based on the Beer–Lambert law, analyzing chemical and pharmaceutical substances, monitoring optical changes in chemical reactions, assessing compound purity, and evaluating water and wastewater quality. Due to its high accuracy, optical stability, ease of use, and computer connectivity, this device is a reliable and popular choice in research, educational, industrial, and pharmaceutical laboratories.
3. Plasma
The DBD (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) plasma, which operates with argon gas, is an advanced tool for surface activation of samples and plasma-based processes. In this system, the sample is placed inside the chamber, and the gas surrounding the sample is discharged using the carrier gas, generating plasma through the application of a potential difference. This plasma, by producing high-energy reactive species, can modify the sample surface for various applications, including increasing surface energy, cleaning, surface treatment, and preparing the surface for coating. The device allows adjustment of both the discharge frequency and voltage, enabling precise control over the plasma intensity and characteristics, making it suitable for a wide range of research and industrial applications.
4. Oven
An oven is a device used for drying and synthesizing chemical materials. Its operating temperature typically ranges from 50°C to 100°C. The oven generates uniform heat within the chamber using heating elements and a temperature control system, ensuring consistent thermal conditions for experimental processes.
5. Rotary Evaporator
The LabTech EV400 Rotary Evaporator is part of the EV series and is designed for efficient distillation and solvent removal under vacuum. It features a motorized lift, digital display for precise control of rotation speed and bath temperature, and a corrosion-resistant condenser system. This evaporator is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories for concentrating solutions, recovering solvents, separating liquid mixtures, and gently evaporating heat-sensitive compounds. Its precise control of temperature, rotation speed, and vacuum ensures efficient and safe processing of small to medium-volume samples.
6. Membrane casting (Film-casting)
The membrane casting (film-casting) device is an advanced tool for preparing thin and uniform membranes. This device allows adjustment of membrane thickness and temperature control, enabling the user to design and produce membranes with the desired thickness and properties. It is highly suitable for preparing research samples, producing laboratory membranes, and developing membrane materials for various applications, and its precise control over thickness and process conditions ensures the quality and uniformity of the membranes.
7. HPLC
The HPLC Sykam with S 1130 Pump paired with the S 3350 PDA Detector and a C18 column is an advanced high-performance liquid chromatography setup designed for precise separation, identification, and quantification of chemical and biological compounds. The S 1130 pump provides stable, pulse-free flow with adjustable pressure and modular options, making it suitable for analytical, micro, and semi-preparative applications. The S 3350 PDA detector, equipped with deuterium and tungsten lamps and a photodiode array, allows simultaneous measurement across a wide UV-Vis wavelength range, enabling full-spectrum analysis, purity assessment, and sensitive detection of complex mixtures.
