Department of Mining Engineering ;
The Department of Mining Engineering was established in the spring of 2023 within the Faculty of Engineering at University of Mohaghegh Ardabili (UMA). The first bachelor's degree students was admitted in October 2020. Currently, the department has four full-time faculty members who are actively engaged in teaching and research across various specializations and courses within the field. The educational and research activities of this department can play a fundamental role in advancing the industrial and mining goals of Ardabil province. Graduates of this program have a critical mission and play an important role in achieving these objectives.
