The chancellorate office abounds with lots of activities and several regular and occasional meetings and councils which are coordinated and arranged by the director general of Chancellor’s office . The office is one of the busiest places as it has something to do with lots of UMA activities.

The approvals and decisions made at different meetings and councils are both announced to the target group and also followed up to make sure that they are appropriately put into effect. 

The director general, Younes Pourbeyrami hir,  is also responsible for supervising international relations affairs, public relation sector, budgeting and plans office, and in the meantime acts as a mediator between the chancellor and other university bodies.
