The Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering program is designed to cultivate advanced researchers and scholars capable of conducting original and innovative research in the diverse fields of civil and infrastructure engineering. The program emphasizes analytical depth, independent thinking, and the application of advanced research methodologies to address contemporary engineering challenges.

Ph.D. candidates engage in high-level studies and research in areas such as structural and earthquake engineering, geotechnical systems, water resources and environmental engineering, transportation and infrastructure planning, and construction engineering and management.
