Welcome to the Advanced Solid State Training Laboratory.

The Advanced Solid State Physics 1 Laboratory of the Department Physics of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili, was launched in 2019 to provide laboratory experience for students of the Master of Science in Condensed Matter Physics with concepts and phenomena of solid state physics. This course is taken simultaneously with or after completing the Advanced Solid State Physics 1 course, and is one of the mandatory courses in the Master of Science in Physics, Condensed Matter Orientation. Some of the experiments performed in this laboratory include:
1- High temperature superconductivity
2- Thin film coating on glass
3- Measurement of band gap energy of semiconductor by spectrophotometer
4- Measurement of electrical resistivity and conductivity in semiconductor
