In a meeting with the commander of the Ardabil Province Police, Dr. Ismail Chamani, the chancellor of the university, avowed that the enrollment of over one thousand international students at Mohaghegh Ardabili University provides several opportunities for the university and the province from many economic, cultural, and tourism perspectives. He emphasized that a consular office is initiated in the International Relations Office of the university, and henceforth it is hoped that with the presence of the officer from the police consular department at the university, the consular affairs and visa processes for the university's international students will be facilitated. Javad Taghavi, the commander of Ardabil Province Police, also stated that universities are the cultural frontline of the country and province, and it is encouraging that thanks to Mohaghegh Ardabili University, a capacity for the studying of international students has been created, which can help various countries, especially neighboring ones, to build trust and seek education in our province and university. The commander of the Ardabil police force promised that they will do their best to provide services needed to international students as efficiently as possible.
