The Meshgin Shahr Faculty of Agriculture, affiliated with the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili, began its academic journey in the first semester of the 2013–2014 academic year. Initially offering three undergraduate programs, the faculty has since expanded its educational and research activities to meet the growing needs of the agricultural sector in the region.


With a focus on training skilled professionals in various agricultural disciplines—including crop production, horticulture, medicinal plants, rangeland management, and food sciences—the faculty is committed to advancing sustainable agriculture through modern education and applied research.
