Prof. Dr. Mukremin Ozkan Arsalan, vice-rector of Kafkas University along with his accompanying, Prof. Dr. Hacali Necefoglu, Director of International Relation office of Kafkas University met Prof. Dr. Goudarz Sadeghi Hashjin, the chancellor of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili on 19-20 February 2018. During this meeting, taking into consideration the matter of MoU, both sides exchanged ideas on various areas of cooperation.
At the end of this meeting, the delegation visited the departments of the university and historical places of Ardabil city.
