Two members of Energy Management Research Center (EMRC) appear in the top one percent list of the most cited researchers. The public relations office of energy management research center reported:

Dr. Jabraeil Razmjou, the vice-chancellor for Research and Technology at UMA, announced that six members of the faculty, alumni, and invited researchers of the UMA secured an honored position among the top one percent of most cited researchers in the world. Based on the recent data published by the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) from Clarivate Analytics (WOS), and also confirmed by the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), Dr. Hossein Shayegi, professor in the Electrical Engineering Department, for the 10th consecutive year; Dr. Aziz Habibi, professor in the Chemistry Department, for the 5th consecutive year; Dr. Hadi Ghaeibi, professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, for the 4th consecutive year; Eng. Hadi Rostamzadeh, an alumnus of the Mechanical Engineering Department, for the 3rd consecutive year; Dr. Zahra Ahmadi, a member of the invited researchers foundation at UMA, for the 2nd consecutive year; and Eng. Tohid Parikhani, an alumnus of the Mechanical Engineering Department, for the 1st time, were enlisted among the top one percent of the most cited researchers in the world. He added that the presence of alumni from the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in the above list reflects the high quality of education and research at this university. He also noted that the list of the top one percent of most cited researchers in the world is announced in 22 areas of science the data of which is extracted from the ESI database. He congratulated this great scientific achievement to the academic community, expressing hope for still more achievements to come.
