University of Mohaghegh Ardabili has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Near East University.

Associate Professor Dr. Reza Abdi, Head of International Relations Office, announced that the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Near East University, Cyprus. The MOU, already agreed on the content, was signed by the Rector of NEU and taken here to UMA by the official delegate, Respected Prof. Dr. Ghadir Golkarian, to be signed by the Chancellor of UMA.

Dr. Abdi said that the main scope of this MOU includes joint research projects, collaboration in scientific seminars and conferences, exchange of the academic staff and students.

Also he added that as the first step in cooperation, the two universities will jointly hold the conference entitled “Mysticism in the discourse of Hafez Shirazi and Yunus  Emre” in May 2016 in Near East University in Cyprus.
