As reported by the public relations of the University, Professor Dr. Goudarz Sadeghi, the Chancellor of the University, after welcoming to the special guests from 7 countries (Turkey, Georgia, Tajikistan, Armenia, Khyrkizistan, Macedonia, Kazakhstan) by pointing out that this event was established in 2016 by joining several countries holding every year, it brings together all the academic institutions that are members of the Association to define its general policy bringing the unity among the universities and academic cooperation in the regional universities & promoting the quality of scientific and cultural activities through interaction by pursuing its main orientations. The last year it was held in Kyrgyzstan and this year, the University of Mohaghegh Ardbili holds this meeting with the theme “Internationalization of Higher Education”.
Associate Prof. Dr. Mohammad Taghi Alebrahim, the Director of Scientific and International Affairs of the University, by giving a brief report about Internationalization of Higher Education, said, foreign students have the important roles in all countries for different reasons especially in case of economy busting.
