Born in the Ardabil city [Navab Safavi (former Safavieh-Qadragank)], Selected member of the questions designer with code 1132 of the master's exam of  the Country  Education  and Assessment  Organization in the years 1388 ,1389, 1390, 1391, 1392 1393,1394, 1395 ,1396, 1397, selected member of the questions designer with Code 2176 for Ph.D examination of the Country Education and Assessment Organization during 1396 and 1397,the  Persistent Research Faculty of the province, Excellent Graduate of  the Tehran University, Honorary Diploma from President of the Islamic Republic of Iran due to scientific competencies, Minister of  Science, Research And technology and .... and  it has Nine titles (Books) printed, dozens of articles published in foreign and domestic scientific - research journals, dozens of  the accepted articles  at international and domestic conferences, dozens of  lectures at external and internal scientific assemblies, the Executive Officer for several  research projects have been completed or  underway and also assumes numerous responsibilities in the field of executive, cultural and social issues, and has records of presence in the battlefields, and so on. He completed his studies in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees  at Tehran University and  He has obtained  his Ph.D. degree from abroad With a privileged degree. He was a faculty member of the Yazd University (Department of Architecture and Urban  Planning) and a faculty member at the University of the Tehran Sureh  Art, before moving to Ardebil Mohaghegh University.
