He was born in 1974 in Ardabil, Iran and obtained diploma (mathematics and physics) in 1992. He received his BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees (all in Electrical Engineering) from Tabriz University (1996), Tarbiat Modares University (1998) and Tabriz University (2010), respectively. In the past, he conducted several educational and reseach activities in different centers and now, he is an associate professor at the departement of electical and computer engineering, University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. His intersts are in the field of theory and technology of digital comunication and stochastic signals processing and image processing and analysis.
