Recognition of Energy Management Research Center Members Among the World's Highly Cited Scientists Inclusion of Two Members of the Energy Management Research Center Among the Top One Percent of Highly Cited Scientists Globally
According to the Public Relations Office of the Energy Management Research Center, Dr. Hossein Shayegi, the Head of the Research Center, announced on December 9—on the event of Research and Technology Week—that two members of the Research center have been ranked among the top one percent of highly cited scientists worldwide. He stated that, based on the data released by the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) and the analysis of citation counts received by researchers in each field within the Web of Science (WOS) database, as well as the confirmation of the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), researchers who have achieved the highest number of citations over the past ten years are classified among the world’s top one percent of highly cited scientists.
He added that, according to these criteria, Dr. Hossein Shayegi, Head of the Energy Management Research Center, for the 11th consecutive year, and Dr. Hadi Ghaebi, Secretary of the Energy Consumption Optimization Research Group, for the 5th consecutive year, have been listed among the top one percent of highly cited scientists worldwide.
While congratulating the selected members, fellow researchers, and the scientific community of the province on this remarkable and prestigious achievement, he expressed hope that the coming years will witness even greater accomplishments by the Research center’s members at both national and international levels.
