Four Research Center members listed among Scopus Highly Cited Scientists in 2025 The inclusion of four members of the Energy Management Research Center in the list of the world’s top 2 percent most-cited researchers in 2025
According to the Public Relations Office of the Energy Management Research Center, Dr. Shayeghi, the Head of the Research Center, stated: “In the eighth edition of the list published by Elsevier regarding the evaluation of citations of highly cited researchers in the Scopus database—released in September 2025—four members of the Energy Management Research Center have been ranked among the world’s top 2% most-cited researchers.”
He added that researchers are classified into 22 scientific fields and 174 subfields according to the standard Science-Metrix classification, and the selection criteria include standardized information on article citations, authorship position, h-index, and a hybrid index.
The Head of the Research Center stated that, based on the published list, Dr. Hossein Shayeghi, Dr. Hadi Ghaebi, Dr. Hamid Heidarzadeh, and Dr. Majid Hosseinpour have been included among the world’s top 2% most-cited researchers.
He congratulated the selected members, faculty, students, and the scientific community of the province on this remarkable and commendable achievement, expressing hope that—God willing—the Research Center will witness even greater accomplishments by its members at national and international levels in the coming years.
