PCR device: This device is used for livestock genomics evaluation, including genomic testing and evaluation of various livestock species and breeds, which is provided with the aim of improving the quality and quantity of livestock production. Also, genetic diseases of livestock are identified for the diagnosis of genetic diseases with molecular biology techniques. In addition, they are used to prepare DNA banks to preserve the genetic reserves of livestock, and are also used to identify and analyze microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses present in genetic materials and equipment used in livestock processing. Finally, gene expression tests and sequencing of exome, genome or specific genes and performing colony counts are other capabilities of this device.

Agarose gel electrophoresis device: After electrophoresis is completed, the gel is stained. For this purpose, Coomassie Brilliant Blue R250 or autoradiography is usually used for proteins and ethidium bromide for nucleic acids. After staining, each protein is seen as a band. In order to determine the molecular weight of the protein in question, molecular weight markers are used.
