According to the Public Relations Office of the Energy Management Research Center, Dr. Hossein Shayegi and Dr. Hadi Ghaebi, members of the Center, have been listed among the top 1% of the world’s most cited researchers based on the latest data published by the Essential Science Indicators (ESI), a database maintained by Clarivate Analytics under the Web of Science platform. This achievement has also been confirmed by the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC).
Dr. Hossein Shayegi, Head of the Energy Management Research Center and Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, has earned this distinction for the tenth consecutive year. Likewise, Dr. Hadi Ghaebi, Head of the Energy Optimization Research Group and Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, has been recognized in the top 1% list for the fourth consecutive year.
The selection process for top researchers is based on scientific data analysis across 22 subject areas, with data derived from the ESI database.
