Dr. Hadi Ghaebi, Head of the Energy Optimization Research Group at the Energy Management Research Center, was awarded the prestigious Scientific Figure of the Year (1403) at the 6th National Renewable Energy Award. This honor was granted following the decision of the judging panel and the approval of the Steering Committee of the 9th International Conference on Renewable Energy of Iran. Dr. Ghaebi was personally honored by Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The 9th International Conference and 6th National Renewable Energy Award ceremony took place on Saturday, May 24, 2025 (3 Khordad 1404) at the Milad Tower Conference Hall in Tehran, with the attendance of Dr. Pezeshkian. During the event, outstanding investors, industrial manufacturers, public institutions, governmental agencies, municipalities, service companies (EPS), young researchers, prominent scientific figures, and leading regional electricity and power distribution companies were recognized for their contributions in the field of renewable energy.
Dr. Ghaebi’s receipt of the distinguished title of Top Scientific Figure in Renewable Energy reflects his relentless efforts in the renewable energy sector and underscores the high quality of research and technological achievements by the faculty members of the Energy Management Research Center.
