The successful presence of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in the seventh rank of "University Impact Ranking of Times” in 2020
Dr. Aziz Habibi, University Chancellor, announced that University of Mohaghegh Ardabili is in the "University Impact Ranking of Times" of 2020 and said: "The ranking of the impact of universities for the second consecutive year in the world was done by the International Times Ranking System."
He added that the Times, ranked universities in this ranking based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The UN Sustainable Development Goals are 17 items that the Times has used them for this ranking. The Times used three areas of research, development and oversight, and in 2020, evaluated about 766 universities from 85 countries.
The chancellor of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili pointed out: according to the announced results on the Times World Ranking System website, there are seventeen universities of Iran in the ranking" Times Impact Ranking 2020", including Iran University of Medical Sciences, Al-Zahra University, Sistan and Baluchestan University, University Amirkabir, Noshirvani University of Technology, Babol, Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, University of Mohaghegh Ardabili, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tabriz University, Zanjan University of Medical Sciences, Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan, Fasa University, Kashan University, Khajeh Nasir al-Din Tusi University, Kurdistan University and Shahid Bahonar University.
Professor Habibi by referring to the special attention of global ranking systems to the effective role of universities in society, expressed hope: “by considering the purposeful planning of the university in order to improve the quality of educational and research activities, we hope to see a significant improvement of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in this global scientific field in the near future.”
