"The Youth View", the 3rd CUA Graduate Students Symposium held in UMA

University of Mohaghegh Ardabili hosted the 3^rd International Caucasus Universities Association Graduate Students Symposium entitled “The Youth View” by the cooperation of Caucasus University Association and with the support of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences, Ardabil Azad University, and Ardabil University of Applied Sciences, in memory of Shah Ismaeil Khataei in 5-6 June, 2016.

The Symposium began its work by the welcoming of the UMA’s chancellor, Prof. Dr. Goudarz Sadeghi, Dr. Taher Sharifi, Deputy Provincial Governor of Ardabil Province, the Rector of Ardahan University, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Korkmaz, and Prof. Dr. Ghadir Gholkarian, the faculty member and Iran coordinator. The symposium continued with 6 keynotes speeches presented by special guests from Turkey (Prof. Dr. Mustafa Isen), Cyprus (Prof. Dr. Yurdal Jihangir) and Iran (Dr. Hasan Ameli, Dr. Karim Hajizadeh, Dr. Lotfollahian, Dr. Sajjad Hosseini) and 57 oral presentations. The delegates from Iran, Turkey, Georgia, Cyprus, Belarus, China, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan attended the event.

The main theme of the symposium was the youth’s view of the Caucasus region. Also, in the symposium besides the oral presentations, more than 51 posters from graduate students of humanities, engineering, medical sciences, agricultural sciences were presented.
